The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will begin surface treatment work on US Highway 285 in Villa Grove starting Monday, September 22. The project will focus on the section between Saguache and Poncha Springs. Work is scheduled to last four days, running from Monday through Thursday, with daily operations taking place between 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
During this period, motorists traveling through the area should expect full stops, alternating traffic patterns, and delays ranging from 15 to 20 minutes as crews conduct repairs to the concrete road surface at Mile Point 104 in Villa Grove.
A maintenance alert map has been provided by CDOT to help drivers navigate the paving operations scheduled for September 22 to 25.
