The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Goodland Construction, Inc. will start a project in mid-October to replace curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The work will take place at 24 intersections along US Highway 36 in the Town of Lyons and City of Boulder, as well as four intersections on Colorado Highway 7 in Lyons.

The project is scheduled to finish by late March. It will be completed in two phases: the first phase will focus on intersections in the City of Lyons from mid-October to mid-December, while the second phase will address intersections in the City of Boulder along US 36 from mid-December to mid-March.

According to CDOT, these improvements are part of ongoing efforts to ensure accessibility for all residents and visitors.
