IAM union members who work as air traffic controllers are getting ready to negotiate a new contract with Leidos, a government contractor. Mark Costa, a member of the IAM negotiations team and a flight service specialist, said his job involves giving important weather and safety information to pilots. Costa represents Local 2010 in Reston, Virginia. He noted that both his team and Local 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas are preparing for the upcoming talks with Leidos.
