Mercy Hospital partners with Children’s Hospital Colorado for advanced neonatal intensive care

CommonSpirit Mercy Hospital in Durango has entered into a partnership with Children’s Hospital Colorado to enhance its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) services. The collaboration aims to provide advanced medical care for newborns who require specialized support, combining the expertise of both institutions.

Through this partnership, babies at Mercy Hospital will have access to care from neonatologists at Mercy as well as neonatal nurse practitioners and physician assistants from Children’s Colorado. Both hospitals’ teams will work together to deliver coordinated and continuous care for infants in need of intensive support.
