CommonSpirit Health has announced the launch of a new Breast Cancer Support Group at St. Anthony North Cancer Center in Westminster, Colorado. The group aims to provide a supportive environment for individuals affected by breast cancer.

According to CommonSpirit Health, the support group is “designed as a safe and nurturing space where you can connect with others who understand what you’re going through.” The organization emphasizes the value of shared experiences among participants, stating that the group is “dedicated to fostering a community of strength, empathy, and hope.”

The sessions will cover topics such as emotional well-being during and after treatment, coping strategies for managing stress and daily challenges, ways to address treatment side effects, survivorship issues after cancer treatment, navigating healthcare plans and resources, and addressing fears related to recurrence.
