The University of Colorado Staff Council is seeking nominations for the 2026 Staff Excellence Awards. These awards are designed to honor staff members who have exceeded their job responsibilities and demonstrated qualities that contribute to the university’s success.

Eligibility for nomination includes all CU staff members, such as classified staff, university staff, research professionals, and professional research assistants from the four campuses and system administration. Faculty, temporary staff, student workers, and medical trainees are not eligible.

A total of ten winners will be selected—two from each campus and system administration. Each recipient will receive a $250 award at a ceremony scheduled for April 24. The deadline to submit nominations is January 30 at 5 p.m., with winners expected to be notified by mid-March.

Nominations can be submitted online. For additional information or questions, interested parties are encouraged to contact UniversityofColoradoSC@cu.edu.
