University of Colorado shares update on end of federal government shutdown

The University of Colorado’s Federal Relations office has provided updates regarding recent federal government actions that may affect the university and its community.

According to a post from November 14, the federal government shutdown has ended. The update also includes information on changes proposed by the U.S. Department of Education concerning IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System), a consensus reached by the RISE Committee about student loans, and the Department of Energy’s renewal of funding for quantum research centers.

An earlier update from November 13 reported on the reopening of the federal government after the shutdown.
