Women in southeast Colorado Springs are invited to attend a free Women’s Health Fair at the Deerfield Hills Community Center on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 10 a.m. to noon. The event will take place at 4290 Deerfield Hills Road and does not require registration.

The fair will provide health screenings, wellness resources, and access to support programs aimed at promoting long-term wellbeing for women in the area. Vendors will offer services such as sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing, reproductive health care, and support for expectant parents as well as children and families. Specialists from Katie’s Way Colorado Springs will be present to offer guidance on anxiety and depression resources.

The event also marks the opening of the center’s new Period Pantry, established in partnership with Period Possible. The pantry aims to improve health equity by offering free menstrual products to community members.

According to organizers, “The Women’s Health Fair is designed to bring vital health resources directly into the neighborhood, connecting residents with comprehensive support and creating a welcoming space for women of all ages to learn, ask questions, and strengthen their wellbeing.”
